1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Certain products, such as custom-made or final sale items, are not eligible for return.

- Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Once you receive your RA number, securely package the items and include a copy of your invoice.
3. Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
